This is a project I have started apart of my university final major project, I have been wanting to create a project and a body of work like this for a while now. This project I aim to capture the life of Beer making and consumption with the area of Sussex where I have been brought up. For me Beer and the pub is such a huge and integrated part of life in Sussex, from new hoppy, fruity and tangy beers to real ales which the recipe hasn't changed from the first brew. in addition to the pubs and taprooms spread around which gives everyone a place to come what ever the situation.
